Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce Adjust based on your spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions Chopped for topping.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Stir until smooth.
  • Mix in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish or your preferred oven-safe dish.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in a microwave or oven at 350°F until warmed through.
