  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
