Biscuit Base

  • 2 cans Biscuit dough (preferably Halal-certified) Ensure dough is at room temperature for easy handling.

Meat & Sauce

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey, Halal-certified) Choose Halal-certified meat options.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce Use your favorite brand or homemade sauce.

Cheese & Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix other cheese types for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup assorted pizza toppings (such as bell peppers, onions, olives, or halved cherry tomatoes) Mix and match toppings to your liking.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds flavor to the mixed ingredients.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Halal ground meat until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked meat, pizza sauce, cheese, and pizza toppings. Toss until well-coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional cheese if desired.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes or microwave individual portions.
