Bread Machine Garlic Knots

- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons butter for topping
- 1 teaspoon parsley or Italian seasoning
Add warm milk, water, melted butter, yeast, bread flour, sugar, and salt to your bread machine in order. Start the dough cycle.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll into ropes, and shape into knots. Place on a baking sheet.
Let the knots rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with garlic butter made from melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
