Bread Machine Garlic Knots

  • Bread machine
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or non-stick spray
  • Pastry brush

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter for topping
  • 1 teaspoon parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add warm milk, water, melted butter, yeast, bread flour, sugar, and salt to your bread machine in order. Start the dough cycle.
  • Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll into ropes, and shape into knots. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Let the knots rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush with garlic butter made from melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
