Dressing

Preparation

  • Wash the mixed salad greens gently in cool water. Spin them dry in a salad spinner or pat them with a kitchen towel.
  • Cut the ripe peach into small cubes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, diced peaches, and blueberries.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts on top.

Notes
