  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Such as cheddar or mozzarella

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the biscuits according to the package instructions. Cut them into smaller pieces or quarters and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine the milk and flour over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens slightly. Add salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning you desire.
  • Add the cheese to the sauce, stirring until melty and well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the biscuits, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve warm, topping with leftover cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, keep the casserole covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed throughout.
