Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and milk, and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Filling and Shaping

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  • In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the cookie butter.
  • Starting from one edge, roll the dough into a tight log.
  • Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm area for about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
