Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the tomatoes by halving them and placing them in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes, tossing well to combine.
  • Spread the seasoned tomatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Serving

  • Serve the roasted tomatoes on a platter, tearing the burrata on top.
