Equipment

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade seasoning)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans or pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cilantro

Instructions
