  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Begin by cooking your rice according to package instructions.
  • Thinly slice the beef into strips.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the soy sauce over the beef and peppers, stirring to combine. Cook for another minute until everything is well-coated.
  • Fluff the cooked rice and divide it into bowls. Top with the beef and pepper mixture.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if using.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
