  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Add more for extra heat
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 8-12 pieces Slider Buns depending on size
  • Lettuce for garnish

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Pickles
  • Avocado

Preparation

  • Season the diced chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-9 minutes.

Making the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Adjust the spice level according to your taste preference.

Combining

  • Once the chicken is cooked, allow it to cool for a minute and then toss it in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.

Assembly

  • Scoop the Bang Bang chicken onto your slider buns and top with lettuce and any additional toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any uneaten sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. The chicken can also be frozen for later use, thawing it in the fridge overnight before reheating.
