Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 packet
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mashed banana about 2-3 medium bananas

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add in flour and mashed banana, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Spread a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top, roll it up tightly, and slice into rolls.
  • Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
