  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Add in the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Then mix in your vanilla extract.

  • Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Freezing is also an option; just thaw at room temperature when ready to eat.
