Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Apple Crumble Cheesecake is the perfect combination of two classic desserts: creamy, rich cheesecake and warm, spiced apple crumble. Ingredients
  

  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Apple Topping
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Crumble Topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine crust ingredients, press into the pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
  • Cook apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread over the cheesecake.
  • Combine crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the apples.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Slice and serve. Enjoy!
