Ingredients
  

  • Crust
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cheesecake Layer
  • 24 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Apple Filling
  • 3 cups apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Crisp Topping
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare and bake the crust in a springform pan.
  • Mix and pour the cheesecake layer over the crust.
  • Cook the apple filling and layer it on top of the cheesecake batter.
  • Make the crisp topping and sprinkle it over the apples.
  • Bake the cheesecake for 50–60 minutes. Cool and chill before serving.
