  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Warm the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before beginning the baking process.
  • Spread a small amount of oil on a loaf pan that is 9x5 inches.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a big bowl using a whisk.
  • In another container, whisk eggs and blend in the oil, sugar, sliced apples, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and mix until just united.
  • Put the batter in the loaf pan and cook for 55-60 minutes as instructed.
  • Next, cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
