- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large  eggs
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Warm the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before beginning the baking process. 
- Spread a small amount of oil on a loaf pan that is 9x5 inches. 
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a big bowl using a whisk. 
- In another container, whisk eggs and blend in the oil, sugar, sliced apples, and vanilla extract. 
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and mix until just united. 
- Put the batter in the loaf pan and cook for 55-60 minutes as instructed. 
- Next, cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
