Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter Choose creamy or crunchy based on your texture preference.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: Start by measuring out all your ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  • Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey. Stir until fully mixed and a thick, cohesive dough forms.
  • Add chocolate chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mix.
  • Shape the balls: Using your hands, scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form small balls. Repeat until all the mixture has been shaped.
  • Chill: Place the peanut butter balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve & enjoy: Once chilled, your peanut butter balls are ready to be enjoyed! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

For a nut-free version, try sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter. You can also use maple syrup in place of honey for a vegan option. If you prefer a softer texture, reduce the oat quantity slightly.
