- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 cup water, add more for desired consistency.
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 16 oz mild chili kidney beans, undrained
- 15.25 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 oz pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 10 oz Original Ro-tel (diced tomato with green chilies)
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
In your soup pot, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the pink color vanishes. Drain the excess fat.
