Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water, add more for desired consistency.
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 16 oz mild chili kidney beans, undrained
  • 15.25 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 oz pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 10 oz Original Ro-tel (diced tomato with green chilies)
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Instructions
 

  • In your soup pot, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the pink color vanishes. Drain the excess fat.
  • Mix in the taco seasoning.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  • Initiate the soup's simmering process by bringing it to a boil and subsequently reducing the heat.
  • Let it simmer uncovered for approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve the soup with the suggested garnishes listed above.
