Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the oats and chocolate chips to the mashed bananas and mix until evenly combined.
  • Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small mounds. Flatten them slightly.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
