Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Cookie Dough Cheesecake
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Ready your oven to preheat to 350°F.
  • Take a mixing bowl, big enough to hold all ingredients, and mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until they are perfectly combined.
  • With a whisk, beat an egg into the mixture, making sure every inch is coated.
  • Add flour slowly, stirring continuously until just combined.
    Brown sugar and butter should be whipped till fluffy in a separate basin.
  • Add a few small chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Fill a pre-made graham cracker crust with half of the cream cheese mixture.
  • On top of the cream cheese layer, droplets of the cookie dough mixture should be placed.
  • Using a knife, swirl the cookie dough into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cook in the oven for approximately 35-40 minutes until the edges have a golden brown appearance and the middle feels solid.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
