Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 packets softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • The oven should be heated to 325°F.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter in a spacious mixing bowl to form a homogeneous mixture.
  • A 9-inch springform pan should have the ingredients pressed evenly into the bottom and up the sides.
  • Cream cheese should be thoroughly beaten in a sizable mixing bowl.
  • While mixing until just incorporated, add the remaining sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  • Over the pan's crust, pour the mixture.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until just set in the middle.
  • The cheesecake must reach a state of full coolness before being placed in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours for maximum chill.
