  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the shrimp evenly.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the shrimp in a single layer.
  • Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the shrimp for about 8-10 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.
  • Once done, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh shrimp instead of frozen. If using frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator. Pair with a green salad or creamy risotto. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
