Ingredients
For the Snowballs:

- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the shredded sweetened coconut.
- Form the Snowballs:
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll it into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
