Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
- Trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half lengthwise and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Season the Brussels Sprouts:
- Add the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the bowl. Toss the Brussels sprouts until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
- Bake the Brussels Sprouts:
