It’s also flexible — you can customize it with your favorite seasonings or even switch up the type of stuffing for a new twist on this timeless dish.

Kitchen Equipment Needed:
Large mixing bowl
Loaf pan (9×5-inch)
Measuring cups and spoons
Large spoon or spatula
Aluminum foil (optional)
Oven

Ingredients:
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken or savory herb flavor)
1 cup water
2 lbs ground beef (or a mix of beef and turkey)
2 large eggs
½ cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix and 1 cup of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the water and soften.
Add the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to the stuffing mixture.
Using clean hands or a large spoon, mix everything together until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press it down to create an even layer.
Spread a layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf for extra flavor and moisture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
