Ingredients:
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped and well-drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Prepare the Muffin Tin:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Form the Wonton Cups:
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, creating a cup shape.
- Lightly spray or brush the wonton wrappers with oil.
- Bake the Wonton Cups:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Prepare the Spinach and Artichoke Dip:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the Wonton Cups:
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into the pre-baked wonton cups.
