Ingredients:

For the Red Velvet Brownies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Red Velvet Brownies:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
    • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.
    • Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, and gently fold into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    • Stir in the white vinegar until well incorporated.
    • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  2. Bake the Brownies:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
    • Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.

  4. Frost the Brownies:
