Directions

  2. Mix the Base:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
    • Add the Mexicorn and Rotel tomatoes (with their juices) to the bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Add Seasonings and Cheese:
    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
