
Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso
A delightful espresso drink that combines bold coffee flavors with the sweetness of brown sugar, shaken to perfection for a chilled refreshment.

- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Feel free to adjust for sweetness

Preparation
- Brew two shots of espresso using your espresso machine or prepare strong coffee if you don't have one.
- In a shaker, mix the brewed espresso and brown sugar, whisking until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Fill the shaker with ice, cover it well, and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Optionally, add your choice of milk or milk substitute on top.
- Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract for an added flavor boost.
Notes
Storing leftover brewed espresso in the fridge for up to 3 days is recommended. Don't mix it with sugar and ice until ready to enjoy. Consider freezing any leftover mixture in ice cube trays for future iced coffee delights.
