Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls

These cheesy garlic crescent rolls are the perfect combination of buttery, flaky dough and savory garlic and cheese. With just a few simple ingredients,

you can whip up these irresistible rolls that are perfect as a side dish for any meal or as a tasty snack on their own. Get ready to indulge in the heavenly aroma of freshly baked bread straight from your oven!

Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  1. Baking sheet
  2. Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  3. Mixing bowl
  4. Pastry brush

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the crescent roll dough package. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Stir until well combined.
  3. Unroll Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Brush with Garlic Butter: Using a pastry brush, generously brush each crescent roll triangle with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese onto each crescent roll triangle.
  6. Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, roll up each crescent roll triangle, tucking the cheese inside as you roll.
  7. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled-up crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
  8. Brush with More Garlic Butter: Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
  9. Season: Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with a pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste.
  10. Bake: Bake the cheesy garlic crescent rolls in the preheated oven according to the package instructions for the crescent roll dough, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Serve: Remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these cheesy garlic crescent rolls warm as a delicious side dish or snack!
