Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for blueberry swirl)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.

  5. Assemble the cheesecake: Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of the blueberry sauce on top and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining filling and blueberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled with extra blueberry swirl on top if desired.
